Our Return Policy
Unopened Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit, less shipping and handling costs. No questions asked.
Opened Products
If you’ve tried one of our coffees and it’s not quite right for you, we understand. Opened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that no more than one serving has been used. In this case, you may choose between a full store credit (less shipping and handling) or an exchange for another flavor of the same product.
Product Exclusions
Due to the nature of bulk roasting and freshness standards, 5-lb bulk bags of coffee are not eligible for return once opened.
